All reservations are subject to 10% transient tax, 1% Squaw Valley assessment fee, 1% North Lake Tahoe Tourism Business Improvement fee, and $280 cleaning fee. 

A security deposit of $2,000 will be held for all reservations 24 hours before check-in.

Parking: The Cabin offers a 2 car garage that has 208 outlet for electric car charging. In addition, two cars can fit in the driveway and there’s 1 additional parking area that can accommodate a small to medium RV.
